Do you want a good book to read

Well, here is a terrific "self help" (kind of) you might like.  Down the Long Road: A Daughter's Journey with Her Mother by Sandra Eastman

It's only 133 pages but once you start reading it, believe me, you will not want to put it down.
Sandy Eastman shares her times with her mother who had Alzheimers Disease for 8+ years. Although no one in my family suffered from this terrible affliction, I thought it beneficial for just getting through any type of health issues.  It helped me get through the grief process as well.
